SB Nation BlogPoll College Football Top 25 Rankings
* UCLA and Nebraska made reentries into my ballot, with the Bruins one spot ahead of the Huskers, a team they defeated two weeks ago. Michigan State dropped out afte a loss to Ohio State, as well as Rutgers, which was idle last week.
* You can begin to feel the separation, with Alabama and Oregon clearly the two best teams in the country, and the rest. We'll see if that holds up the rest of the season.
* Conference-by-conference tally: SEC (6), Big 12 (5), Pac-12 (5), Big Ten (3), ACC (2), MWC (1), MAC (1), WAC (1), Independent (1).

What has either Stanford or USC done to deserve a ranking ahead of UGA? They both have a loss and the only impressive win between the two of them is the game they played against each other.
I'm not sold on Georgia because it's beaten nobody of note. Tennessee is the best team it's faced so far and it barely got by. If the Dawgs beat South Carolina, they'll get my proper respect.
Thanks for sharing the information. I Husta the website and how they write.
Okay but USC has beaten anybody of note either and they lost their one game against a good team they've played. I'd say UGA's win over Missouri was pretty impressive too considering the score, the fact it was on the road, and the fact they were playing without 4 defensive starters. Your west coast bias is shining through once again.
You know, the same Missouri team Pac-12 South leading Arizona State without it's starting QB.
