Wouldn't it make more sense to average their ranking over all the weeks, not just the weeks they were ranked? That way a team that was 30th the first week and lost 6 straight games would not appear higher than a team that started NR and has since climbed up to the top 15. (Those are just hypotheticals, I'm not referring to any specific teams.)

I do love all your numbers though. I'm a numberholic.

Thanks for the good word. The problem with the NR ratings is that it's difficult to assign a numeric value to a team that's not ranked. I think over the course of the season everything should be pretty well balanced.
